Actress Diya Pun climbs Mt. Everest with Nirmal Purja’s team
Kathmandu: Actress Diya Pun climbed the highest peak of Everest on Friday morning. She reached the summit of Everest through Nirmal Purja’s Elite Expedition.
A crew of 20 including Nirmal and Diya climbed Mt. Everest at 8,848.86 meters in the morning. Purja informed that everyone has returned to the South Pole safely and warmly from Everest peak. Diya has become the second Nepali actress to climb Mt. Everest.
Earlier, Nisha Adhikari had climbed Mt. Everest. Singer Raju Lama had also climbed Mt. Everest to spread the message against climate change.
