January 1, 2023 set for Pokhara Int’l Airport operation
Kathmandu: The government has set a date to bring Pokhara Regional International Airport into operation.
Jagannath Niraula, the spokesperson of the authority, informed that the meeting of the board of directors of Nepal Civil Aviation Authority held on Sunday decided to start operation on January 1, 2023.
The meeting was chaired by Minister of Culture, Tourism, and Civil Aviation Jeevan Ram Shrestha. With the operation of this airport, the number of international airports in Nepal will reach three.
