Sherpa climbers missing near French Pass on Dhaulagiri
According to the climbing officials associated with trekking associations, the two Sherpa climbers had gone missing when an avalanche hit the French Pass area at an altitude of 5300m on Mt Dhaulagiri.
The two Sherpas were part of the Dhaulagiri climbing team which was operated by Four Season Trekking.
It is said the rescue operations are being carried out with the support of Helicopters and ground teams despite adverse weather conditions.
