Pokhara Regional Int’l Airport to commence domestic flights

Kathmandu: Pokhara Regional International Airport is preparing for commercial flights of domestic airlines from January 1, 2023. while flight schedules for international flights are still in the doldrums.

The spokesperson of the Pokhara airport Anup Joshi said all domestic flights will fly to and from the new airport from January 1, while ultralights and helicopters will fly from the old airport for some time.

According to the Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (CAAN), the green signal for international flights will be given after full details of previous calibration flights conducted by Aerothai comes.
