Coldest day recorded in Kathmandu today
Kathmandu: Today (Sunday, December 25) has been recorded as the coldest day in Kathmandu valley during this winter.
According to the Meteorological Forecasting Division of Hydrology and Meteorology, the Kathmandu valley recorded the minimum temperature to be 4.5 degrees Celsius.
The division said the temperature inside the valley has been dipping low in the past few days. Due to foggy weather conditions and low visibility, regular flight is also being delayed or suspended.
The surrounding regions around the Kathmandu valley are likely to experience a cloudy atmosphere throughout the day.
