Rapti peace park becoming tourist center
Dang: Rapti Shanti Udyan (Rapti Peace Garden), which was established with the aim of conveying a message of peace during the conflict, has now become a major tourist center in Dang district.
The park located in Tulsipur sub-metropolitan city-7 is crowded with visitors every day.The park, which was deserted during the Corona epidemic, is now crowded with visitors. According to the park management committee, the number of tourists from outside the district has started to increase.
An entry fee Rs 30 per person has been fixed for those who come to see the park, while a fee of Rs 300 to Rs 500 has been fixed for groups coming to enjoy picnic.
The park is spread over an area of fifteen hectares. East South border of the park located three km north of Tulsipur Salyan road section under Rapti highway and about one and a half east of Srigai village (rss).
