China appealed to enlist Nepal as tourist destination

Kathmandu: Hotel Association of Nepal) (HAN) Pokhara chapter has vehemently appealed the Chinese embassy in Nepal to put Nepal in its list of tourist destinations.

The HAN Chairman Laxman Subedi in a letter to Chinese envoy in Kathmandu entreated that the tourism operators in Nepal are hopeful and ready to welcome the Chinese tourists in the year 2023.

This appeal from HAN Pokhara comes in the wake of Chinese government revealing its 20 countries as tourist destinations for the year 2023 which does not include Nepal as one of the tourist destinations for Chinese tourists.

The appeal letter has entreated the government of China to reconsider its stance about keeping Nepal on its list of tourist destinations again.
