Mustang also on CNN’s Best Destinations list

Kathmandu: American media CNN has placed Mustang in the list of the best destinations of 2023.

Releasing the list of 23 places in the world worth visiting in 2023, CNN has placed Mustang at number 16 with a picture of Lomanthang village in Upper Mustang.

According to CNN, this place is excellent for hiking. Reaching Lomanthang village, which is close to Tibet, will have a strange feeling.  At number one on CNN’s list is a region in Western Australia from where last month’s solar eclipse was completely visible.

Mustang is one of the hidden treasures of Nepal where both domestic as well as foreign tourists annually flock in large numbers.

Hindus as well as Buddhists go to visit Muktinath Temple which even Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi had visited in recent years to get the blessings of this temple.
