Pasang Lhamu Sherpa Akita scales Mt. Manaslu
Kathmandu: A well renowned Nepali climber -Pasang Lhamu Sherpa Akita, the first women in Nepal to become a mountaineering instructor and first Nepali woman to reach the top of K2 has added Mt Manaslu as one of the 8000ers in her climbed list today.
According to Imagine Nepal Treks and Expedition She reached atop Mt Manaslu today, there by making it 10th of the 14 8000 meter high mountains which she envisions to climb.
The Imagine Nepal in its facebook post has appreciated her climbing feats for being a source of inspiration for the other women in Nepal.
