Kamirita Sherpa summits Mt Manaslu

Kathmandu: World record holder in climbing, Kami Rita Sherpa  has succeeded in ascending the Mt Manaslu on Tuesday morning at around 8 am.

This summit has earned Sherpa the title of ‘Most Successful Ascent of 800ers by an individual. ‘

He has already scaled the Mt Everest 28 times and created new world record in climbing.

Sherpa hails from  TShame village in Solukhumbu and is working as a senior guide for the Seven Summit Treks. He has already vanquished other peaks such as K2, Cho Oyu, Lhotse and Manaslu.
