Pokhara resumes paragliding flights

Kathmandu: Paragliding flights in Pokhara have resumed since Sunday after an intervel of nine months.

Paragliding flights now can be seen taking off from Sarangkot in Pokhara according to sources. The locals tourism opertors are very excited to resume their favourite tourism adventure.

The locals have welcomed the first day fliers with garlands. Nepal Airsports Association (NAA) has  collaborated with the Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (CAAN) to expand the paragliding area from Mandre Dhunga to Wahakot, with landing zones in Pame.
