24-hour operation of Lakeside
A single bench of Acting Chief Judge Rajan Prasad Bhattarai, after a hearing on a writ petition, issued the interim order for all the round-clock operation of the lake-side business in Pokhara.
The interim order stated that the market in and around the lakeside should be kept open for 24 hours to maintain the traffic of tourists just like that of Thamel and Durbar Marg.
