Mark becomes youngest to climb Ama Dablam
Kathmandu: Mark Boelskifte, a young climber from Denmark has achieved the feat of being the youngest climber to summit Mt Ama Dablam.
Mark Boelskifte (19) reached atop Ama Dablam on Wednesday at around 7 am along with his father Jesper Boelskifte according to Lakpa Sherpa, the chairperson of 8K Expeditions.
Boelskifte duo were accompanied Yangchhen Sherpa, Lakpa Tenzi Sherpa, Nima Thinduk Sherpa, Pasang Sherpa (Photographer), and Ming Dukpa Sherpa to the summit of the Mt Ama Dablam.
Mark has already climbed many other peaks such as Matterhorn, Kilimanjaro, Riffelhorn PeaK, and Mount Toupkal at the age of 13 years.
