1313 stranded Nepalis return home
Kathmandu: As many as 1313 stranded Nepalis have returned home Wednesday via chartered planes.
Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) officials said Nepal Airlines Corporation (NAC) rescued 151 and 265 Nepalis from Qatar and Dubai, respectively, while Himalaya Airlines repatriated a total of 154 Nepalis along with two dead bodies from Dammam, 154 passengers from UAE and 39 stranded Nepalis from Baghdad
Similarly, Fly Dubai brought home 161 Nepalis from Dubai, Etihad Airways rescued 138 Nepalis from Abu Dhabi, while Qatar Airways repatriated 251 Nepalis from Doha.
