Hotels and restaurants start resuming business
Kathmandu: Tourism entrepreneurs have started resuming hotels and restaurants by following safety protocols after nationwide lock down for four months due to Coronavirus pandemic.
The process of resuming hotel and restaurant services begins after government decided to resume hotel business from July 30.
With this the offices of trekking, travel and mountaineering have come into operations to target the autumn season during which tourists are expected to visit Nepal.
Although, tourism operators are skeptical about arrival of tourists in large number in autumn season, many are optimistic of the visit of tourists.
The government decision to resume domestic and international flights from August 17 has also given hopes of revival of tourism business in the autumn season.
