Qatar to support Visit Nepal Year 2020
Kathmandu: Ambassador of Qatar to Nepal Yousuf bin Mohamed al-Hail said Qatar supports Nepal government’s initiative for Visit Nepal Year 2020 (VNY2020).
Qatar ambassador Yousuf bin said this in an exclusive interview with a ‘Republica’ an English daily on Sunday. “Nepal enjoys a wide range of natural tourist features that enable it to be on top of other countries in this field. I support the Visit Nepal 2020 initiative launched by the Ministry of Tourism to bring in 2 million tourists in a year,” said Yousuf bin.
He also indicated that tourism can flourish due to many factors such as political stability, which is available now in Nepal. Ambassador also added that the Nepal government’s plan to strengthen tourism Infrastructures will contribute to the success of VNY 2020.
