Manang Air helicopter found crashed in Lamjura

Kathmandu: The Manang Air helicopter with six passengers including five Mexicans on board has been found crashed in Lamjura area of Solukhumbu.

All 6 passengers are reported to have died in the crash and their bodies have been identified.

The Manang Air Helicopter had flown this morning from  Solukhumbu to Kathmandu which had gone missing at around 10 am.

The rescue operation with the support of Altitude helicopter has been expedited in the region and police forces have reached the crashed site for rescue operations. The reports said captain Chet Gurung was flying the helicopter.
